Le Serac est un couteau de chasse léger pour l'arrière-pays, avec une poignée pleine et une lame modifiée de type dépouille, conçu pour découper tout gros gibier sans avoir besoin d'être affûté. Équipé d'un allume-feu en ferro-cérium intégré dans le dos de la lame, nous avons conçu le Serac pour ceux qui préfèrent un couteau au ventre plus profond, mais qui veulent tout de même un couteau "polyvalent" pour le dépeçage sur le terrain. Le Serac allie les fonctionnalités d'un couteau de dépouille et d'un couteau de caping, et est fabriqué aux États-Unis en acier super premium S35VN pour une tenue de tranchant durable.
