The Argali Serac Stealth Edition is a lightweight, backcountry hunting knife made with Premium S35VN Steel, a full handle grip and a modified skinning style blade complete with a black Ion Bond coating that will protect your knife from the harshest elements and conditions. Made with a ferro rod striker built into the spine of the knife, we designed the Serac for those that prefer a deeper belly knife, but still want a "do it all" knife for field butchering that can cut up any big game animal without needing to be re-sharpened.

I was pleasantly surprised by how light it is for a full-handle knife, and the modified skinning blade made field dressing much smoother than my old folder. The S35VN steel held a sharp edge through the whole trip without any touch-ups.

The black Ion Bond coating hasn’t shown a single scratch after a full weekend of field dressing, and the full handle grip keeps my hand locked even when things get slick. For the weight, it disappears on my hip but feels solid in hand—exactly what I was hoping for.

Took this on a three-day backcountry hunt and it handled everything from field dressing to skinning without needing a touch-up. The S35VN steel holds an edge way better than the cheaper knives I've carried, and the full handle grip stayed solid even with bloody hands. Light enough that I forgot it w
